Scope: Provided creative, sales, technical, and logistical management for Audio, Video, Lighting, Scenic, and entertainment elements of this production.  This bi-annual symposium comprised of many events; ranging from the general session, to multiple concurrent sessions, to parties, and even a juice bar.  In fact, a bar where you could recharge your device and enjoy a multivitamin beverage, all in one convenient location.

Hardest Challenge:  Our load in time frame was reduced to 12 hours before start of show at 8AM.  This encompassed 5 rooms and a foyer, all with independent AV and scenic components and overlapping schedules.
